2.3. Scented candles that have been used, damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

2.4. If possible, we request that you return the scented candles in the original packaging.


3. Replacement

3.1. If you have received scented candles that are defective or damaged, we offer the option of replacement.

3.2. Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of receiving the scented candles.

3.3. When requesting a replacement, you may be required to provide evidence such as photos of the damaged products.


4. Refund or replacement procedure

4.2. Please provide the following information with your request: - Order number - Name of the product - Reason for return - Any evidence (i.e. clear photos, if applicable).

4.3. We will review your request and provide you with further instructions regarding the return.

5.1. Once we have received and inspected the returned scented candles, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

5.2. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
